Suppliers that process data for us
We use suppliers for forms (Web3Forms, which forwards form data to our email), website hosting and email. They process the data on our behalf and according to our instructions. If a supplier processes data outside the EU and EEA, we make sure there is a valid basis for the transfer under the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. Calendly is an independent service with its own privacy policy.
Cookies and local storage
We use no cookies for analytics or advertising. Fonts, images and video are served from our own server, so no data is sent to third parties when you simply visit the website.
- Necessary: your cookie choice is stored in the browser’s local storage (wb-consent-v1) until you change it or clear your browser.
- Calendly (optional): loaded only if you agree. Calendly may then set its own cookies so that booking works securely. Without consent, booking opens on calendly.com instead.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Be informed about and access the data we hold about you
- Have incorrect data corrected
- Have data erased
- Restrict processing
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
Contact us at info@weebuild.se to exercise your rights. If you believe we process your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
Security
We protect personal data with access control, encrypted connections and by only collecting what is needed.
